Aubergine ravioli pasta with prawns tails and buffalo mozzarella flakes

Homemade focaccia with vegetables, poached eggs and black truffle
Roast monkfish on a carrot and ginger coulis
Garlic escargot on a lettuce velvety cream and confit tomato
Steamed pike with Lugana white wine sauce and capper powder
