- A swimming costume and bathing shoes are required to enter Aquaria
- Trainers with a white sole and suitable clothing must be worn when using the gym.
- Gentlemen are advised to shave at least two hours before undergoing facial treatments
- On entering, guests are given an Aquaria cap and bath robe or towel that must be handed back before leaving. A robe, sun-bed and towel may be hired and bathing shoes, costume and other articles belonging to the Aquaria collection may be bought.
- Children over 2 years of age are welcome if accompanied by an adult. A special open-air swimming pool with non-spa water is reserved for them.
- Guests are asked to be quiet and discrete.
