Regulations Fidelity Card 120 years

• A stay of at least 2 nights in 2009 in one of our 3 hotels:

• One of the therapeutic protocols in 2009

• A monthly “Aquaria Friends” subscription in 2009

In order to be able to benefit from the advantages offered, the Client is asked to identify himself at the time of booking and to exhibit his Fidelity Card on arrival.

When the hotel room is booked, no pre-authorisation with credit card and no deposit will be requested. No fine will be applied, up to a maximum of two cancellations.

In the event of no-show repeated twice, the Fidelity Card will be cancelled.

From November 2009 to March 2010, excluding public holidays and long holidays**, the Sunday night will be free for Clients also staying at the Grand Hotel Terme or the Hotel Sirmione on Saturday and Monday.

After four consecutive nights at the Grand Hotel Terme or Hotel Sirmione the fifth night will be offered by Terme di Sirmione.

After seven consecutive nights at the Hotel Fonte Boiola the eighth night will be offered by Terme di Sirmione.

Welcome gift in room from Terme di Sirmione for every arrival for minimum stays of three consecutive nights.

For stays of a minimum of four consecutive nights at the Grand Hotel Terme, Hotel Sirmione or Hotel Fonte Boiola, a free thermal medical visit will be offered for each person.

From October 2009 to December 2009, excluding public holidays and long holidays**, for stays of at least four nights in full board from price list, at the Grand Hotel Terme and Hotel Sirmione, the “All Inclusive” service will be reserved on all standard services. Wellness and thermal treatments are excluded.

From November 2009 to March 2010, excluding public holidays and long holidays**, for stays of at least seven nights in full board from price list, at the Hotel Fonte Boiola, the “All Inclusive” service will be reserved on all standard services. Wellness and thermal treatments are excluded.

Breakfast in room and free upgrade to Executive or Prestige categories at the Grand Hotel Terme, Executive or Superior at the Hotel Sirmione and Iris or Rosa at the Hotel Fonte Boiola for clients staying for a minimum of thirteen nights inclusive. Offer subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking.

From October 2009 to May 2010 at the hotels of Terme di Sirmione, excluding public holidays and long holidays**, the third bed in the room will be free of charge. After the fourth night breakfast will also be free.

Possibility of the hotels to delay check-out until h. 16.00 without any supplement. Offer subject to availability. Please check at reception on the day before departure.

For bookings of treatment stays of twelve days for a friend*, in one of the three hotels of Terme di Sirmione, the Fidelity Card Holder will be offered one free night in the suite of the Grand Hotel Terme for two people with breakfast, one welcome treatment in the Aquaria Club, a rich courtesy set with “I Tesori di Aquaria”, favourite newspaper in the room and free minibar. The offer is subject to availability, to be taken before 31.12.2010, excluding public holidays and long holidays**.

In the Aquaria thermal wellness centre a relaxing Thermal Plurijet will be offered for one Aquaria Day Lux or Aquaria All Day entrance. Offer subject to availability for a maximum of three times. Please check the entrance day at reception.

An “Aquaria Friends” subscription valid until 31.12.2010 at the price of an “Aquaria Friends” subscription of twelve months.

 “Fidelity” preferential access at Aquaria.

Possibility of booking Aquaria treatments with “Fast booking” without pre-payment.

For the purchase of an “Aquaria Friends” of one month for a friend*, a weekly subscription will be offered free of charge (from Monday to Friday Aquaria Day Lux).

* The booking must be made by the Holder of the Fidelity Card 120 years for a person who has never been a client of Aquaria.

For booking a cycle of thermal treatment for a friend* at the Virgilio or Catullo Thermal Spas, a 50% discount will be offered on the second cycle of treatments.

* The booking must be made by the Holder of the Fidelity Card 120 years for a person who has never had treatments at Terme di Sirmione.

At the Virgilio or Catullo Thermal Spas a free box of  Sirmiogel or Acqua di Sirmione will be offered for one cycle of treatments.

At the Virgilio or Catullo Thermal Spas, the “Salute Più” program will be offered free of charge. Offer subject to availability. Please check on the first day of treatment.

At the Virgilio, Catullo Thermal Spas or the thermal departments of the hotels, the second cycle of thermal treatment or of a therapeutic protocol, within March 2010 may be purchased with a 20% discount. Offer also valid for children aged 3/12.*

* Children of Fidelity Card 120 years Holder.

The Fidelity Card belongs to Terme di Sirmione and is valid from 15/06/2009 to 31/03/2010. At its discretion and at any time, Terme di Sirmione reserves the right to cancel or modify the Fidelity Card.

The Fidelity Card is only issued to people of 18 years of age and over. It is nominative, non-transferable and non-cumulative with other promotions. Use of the Fidelity Card constitutes acceptance of these rules.
