Quality

In December 2001 Terme di Sirmione was awarded UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 certification for Quality and the Environment, respectively, recognition and a quality brand for the services it provides. These certificates represent a guarantee for customers and a  management and operating instrument that integrate with the corporate strategy aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and image, focusing every activity on satisfying the customer and safeguarding the environment and the local area.
